When submitting your application for water you will need the following:

If You Are Buying The Home:

  • Copy of Drivers License

  • Copy of Warranty Deed 

  • $25.00 set up fee

If You Are Renting The Home:

  • Copy of Drivers License

  • $175.00 for set up fee and deposit

  • Copy of lease agreement
